- Allegations: Victim alleged she saw Client backed up his car into hers in a
shopping plaza parking lot and took off without providing personal information. - Result – Case Dismissed!
State v. D.M.
- Charge(s): I. Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and II. Leaving Scene of Accident
- Allegations: Victim alleged seeing Client drink at a bar he was at. The Victim then observes Client leave bar,
get into her car and back up into his car (causing damage) then takes off. The police officer that pulled Client
over alleged she was driving under the influence because he observed bloodshot glassy eyes, odor of alcohol,
slurring of speech and performed poorly on roadside exercises. - Result – DUI amended to a reduced charge of Reckless Driving!
State v. S.M.
- Charge(s): I. Possession of Cannabis and II. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Allegations: Cop pulls over Client after noticing an unregistered tag on his car. Cop immediately
notices a smell of marijuana coming from Client’s car. After search Client’s car, cop finds marijuana
and a pipe he alleges was used to smoke marijuana. - Result – Case Dismissed!
State v. E.P.
- Charge(s): Domestic Battery
- Allegations: Client observed Victim (his girlfriend of three weeks) talk to another man.
Victim alleged Client got jealous and he starting choking her to the point where she couldn’t breathe.
Victim then alleges Client slammed her up against a car then threw her to the ground.
Client then fled and was arrested by police later the same day. - Result – Case Dismissed!
