Hussein is also a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer. An exclusive group of less than 400 out of the 100,000 lawyers in the entire State of Florida. This distinction puts Hussein’s clients at a special advantage when seeking his representation.
Prior to founding The EH Law Firm, Hussein worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit. While there, he served the people of Broward County for seven years. He has prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and oversaw a team in the sexual battery classification. He brought those to justice who were responsible for committing acts of sexual violence and child abuse. Hussein spent his last two years serving the people of Broward County prosecuting traffic homicides and supervising dozens of attorneys in the Felony Trial Unit. In his seven years as a prosecutor, Hussein tried over 50 cases before jurors of Broward County. Cases that ranged from simple drug possession and home invasion robberies to first degree murder charges. Hussein was frequently recognized for his staggering conviction rate and exceptional rapport with victims and their families.
Following his time as a prosecutor, Hussein went into private practice. He worked at a prestigious personal injury firm in Fort Lauderdale where he recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. He litigated personal injury cases against the worlds largest corporations in both State and Federal court.
Hussein’s biggest point of pride, however, is his family. There is nothing Hussein enjoys more than spending time with his wife and daughters in sunny South Florida.
