STEVEN LITVACK

From an early age, Steven Litvack has been drawn to storytelling and public speaking. However, his passion for trial advocacy truly ignited during his time at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) Law School. As a member of NSU’s competitive mock trial team, he honed his courtroom skills. This earned him several trial advocacy awards and representing NSU at a national competition in Rhode Island. Steven’s academic journey included valuable hands-on experience as a certified legal intern at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office. While there, he assisted prosecutors with case preparation, pleadings, and trials, laying a strong foundation for his legal career.

After graduating, Steven Litvack began as an assistant state attorney in Broward County, Florida, where he handled and tried various misdemeanor and felony cases, including DUIs and first-degree felonies, gaining recognition for his trial expertise. Transitioning to the private sector, Steven joined a Fort Lauderdale insurance defense firm, managing hundreds of cases for major insurers and refining his civil litigation skills. Today, Steven focuses on plaintiff personal injury and criminal defense, combining extensive trial experience with a personalized, client-centered approach. He actively serves the people of this region with the dedication of a lifelong Florida resident.
